Rock Solid
Used this to scrape out my deep freezers. Doesnt scratch and its rock solid. Much better than dozens i've bought in the past. Highly recommend. Ice Chipper on the side actually works pretty fantastically as well, which was a pleasant surprise.

Works fine. š
The scraper does the job and looks like it can handle a good amount of āabuseā, but itās been a mild winter, so it hasnāt been used too often this year, which is fine by me! š¬

Made in the USA
This is not your flimsy Chinese made Ice Scraper, because it is made here in the USA.I have had several Ice Scrapers with nice soft foam handles, but they only seem to last one season before the foam on the handle disintegrates. On top of that they frequently are made of plastic that is too soft to last.I have yet to use this one, but I can tell from just holding and trying to bend it that it is solidly made out of some harder plastic that doesn't flex much at all. They even had the forethought to see to that they got some slightly rougher surface where your thumb goes so it doesn't slip when you press. And it has a nice big 1/2" hole at the end of the handle so you can hang it somewhere or put a lanyard on it, so you don't lose it if you accidentally drop it in the snow. That it has a harder plastic handle won't bother me. After all, it is on a very rare occasion that I don't have gloves on when getting ice off the windshield, so I don't need that spongy stuff that just falls apart anyway,I don't get why they don't put a nice US flag somewhere on the page or at least mention it in the description. If you are scrolling down the list of options of Ice Scrapers getting this USA Made one, especially at this price point, is a no-brainer and helps bring manufacturing back stateside without the government having to lift a finger.

Works
First off, ergonomics isnāt bad. I like the thumb spot to increase pressure. I gave it 4 stars because I am not convinced it will hold up to hard use. For frost and a thin layer of ice, it has done greatā¦so far, no thick freezing rain or such to test against. It does have claws on top to score thicker ice, no clue how effective it is.Looks like this years bad weather is over, so I may adjust rating next year or following the next ice storm.
