This review is for the 365nm UV unit only. They are beyond disappointing.The whole reason for purchasing 365nm UV LEDs is to have no human visible light emitting from the LEDs. You should only see light from the luminescent paint, not the LEDs. These 365nm units cast a considerable (and very visible) amount of white light and are really not usable in an application where you only want visible light to be generated only by the paint.Moreover, the labeling on these units is totally incorrect. They are listed at 3 watts each which I accepted at face value for my order. But, when I did the math it was obvious that we could only squeak out about 10 watts of usable power with 5 LEDs (which I originally thought would be 3 watts per for a total of 15 watts of output). When we finally put these into production the 10 watt (5 x 2 watts) supposed output produces a luminescence that is about half what another 8 watt 365nm UV light produces. So the actual output seems to be even further degraded somehow.The bottom line here is to avoid the 365nm units completely. They are nothing but a major disappointment.

I bought these lights to make some dye glow and for that it works great. Over 72 hours ,maybe a bit longer, the colors stopped glowing as brightly. When I inspected the led I noticed the lens had turned brown. I was able to slice it off with a razor but I really shouldn’t have to do that. The LED still works without the lens. I’ll update if it completely dies.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  These LEDs when configured properly with a good driver are amazing. You throw too much current or voltage and they will fry! I see many reviews here where that’s the case and that is on the users end. Using six of these, three in series, in parallel with another set of three in series. I was able to get about 1000 lumens of UV light.Make sure you provide good heat dissipation for these, you can search amazon for “Star” led heatsink. Otherwise they cannot rid themselves of the heat and their power handling will be much lower, and will pop.Otherwise these are great value and work as advertised if not better! Cheers!

Minus 1 star for no spec sheet. I had to inquire how to tell polarity. Turns out the lead with the slot in it means "-", i.e. is the cathode side. See photo. Also I am assuming the output spectrum is what they say it is as I have no means to check that. That said, they seem to work the way they are supposed to. With .5 A of current the voltage across the unit is about 3.5. Needless to say these have to be well equipped with a heat sink if you are going to run at that power level. Too bad they don't tell us the junction to case thermal resistance. How about a spec sheet, Chanzon?I recommend putting on UV-blocking sunglasses if you are going to play with these. Second photo is 4 of these LEDs inside, illuminating a BioQuip insect trap, dimensions 15" high x 13" dia., running about 150mA.

Super bright and easy to solder. Shipping took a little bit but that was expected. This should be your go to place for bright uv leds.

Bought these to use as glow charger for nerf dart, Wow they're bright! You do need soldering skills and a back plate to dissipate the heat. Totall worth it.

Got 9 of them wired up in series and connected with appropriate driver only to turn them on and be met with a disgusting 5000k 600nm yellow light. Product is not as advertised and not worth the time or money

These led's are really nice quality, not like the other sellers knock off of this product.
