Excellent to build cofindence
I am teaching my kid to swim and this has helped her be able to focus on her arm and leg movements with confidence so that when we try without just after she is improved some. It is a good aid while teaching. I do have to stress to her to not get to the water without as I worry she may get overconfident. She is so happy to swim now though.
