Size runs small. Ordered a large by mistake, but fits my 7 1/8 head just fine. Thought I would have to return it, but now it is a keeper.

This hat met all my expectations. The styling and craftsmanship are spot on. A small part of me was anxious about the fit, being it was only offered in S,M,L and XL. I know with certainty that my hat size is 7,1/4. The size chart was indeed accurate. The fit is perfect.

Fast shipping! Received package in great condition. This hat is very nice! Fits my head great! Like the looks of this hat. I like the smaller brim and the pinch front looks of the hat. Because of my kind of long skinny face this style looks better on me. But the hat looks well made to me. The band around the hat looks a little bit cheaply made but it will do. Received hat in perfect shape because of the great packaging by the seller. This straw hat is perfect for our southern heat here in Louisiana. For the price it’s a great hat.

This is NOT a Stetson hat and it is NOT made in USA but if you want a cheap straw hat to work in it is ok. Overpriced but ok. I would send it back but I think I will just keep it because if it does get dirty or damaged it is no great loss but then again I could have bought a cheaper hat. Amazon should check out how things on their site are advertised. Maybe someone should tell Stetson what is going on. I am sure some copyright laws have been broken.

The hat is light and durable. A great hat for the price but my head is 22.5-22.75. The recommendation from the site was a medium. Well i should have read the reviews that said fit as expected/ tight. Medium is too small for sure. It rides a half an inch higher on my head than i want. Sits too high too tight.My fault.

I knew it wasn't going to be a great hat, Stetson or not, for the $55 I paid for it. 3 stars is really a 5 star, if you exept the hat for what it is supposed to be... just a beater hat, nothing special. I didn't buy the hat for it to be great. I purchased this hat, because I need somthing that will hold up to the rain, and has a piece to hold it to my head on windy days in the feilds or out on the water.I think this hat does that very well. It feels a little cheap, but not in a bad way. The band on the inside is very comfy. And it can sit deep on your head. Again, this isn't some 6X, 10X felt hat, it is basically a beater hat to wear, when I don't want my nicer hats to get screwed up. If you look at it from that POV, then I believe you can appreciate it for what it is. At least I think so.

Up close the hat looks and feel like plastic. Looks good from a distance. Not sure if it is really Stetson.The product has a defect. But the window for replacement is already over by the time it got delivered late, today.Very disappointed. Will Amazon redress the grievance?
