AdvoCare Spark® Energy Drink Canister (Cherry)(net WT 1 lb 6.2 oz)

When I started AdvoCare I was told how perfect the product was,all the ingredients were the highest and that maybe very true.I lost weight pretty fair. My problem was I could see the consistencywas very poor in several flavors. Some was very small granulesand other parts was very clumpy. Even in the smoother portionsyou could see varying shades of color. Price was very high for whatI was getting. I have discontinued. I have been advised by a dealerthat who ever was selling this product was breaking his agreementwith AdvoCare by selling it in this manner.

Advocare is an energy booster,even pplbwith db can take it bc is made with sucralose,something quite different than sugar,it doesn t make ppl hyper or jumpy,it s an even flow of energy throghout the day...is not 5 star bc is not my flavor,I like citrus punch.

Maybe I set hopes too high. Thought it would increase energy. It does not blend well. You have to keep shaking the bottle or it all settles to the bottom. Doesn't taste bad but for what it cost, I expected better outcome.

I like the flavor and I was excited to try this. But, it makes me feel terrible. It upsets my stomach and after 3 days of drinking 1 serving per day, I felt like I had the flu. It also didn't do anything fantastic as far as energy or giving me focus. I would save the money and drink some coffee instead.

I am a huge fan of Spark. I really enjoyed the flavors in the past--most recently the Fruit Punch. The cherry did not seem to have much flavor.

THE SPARK GET A FUNNY SMELL TO IT.IT ALSO COST TOO MUCHIN THE BEGINING IT SMELLED O.K. BUT THEN TURNED ...YOU SHOULDA BOTTLE WITH EACH ORDER

I love Spark! I have tried a few flavors and the cherry is definitely my favorite. I always go back to it!Provides energy without the crash.Wish it didn't use artificial sugars. :(

I have used Spark for 3+ years now and still really enjoy it. I drink one serving before working out in the morning and I feel great most of the day. It does not provide a rush nor a sharp decline in energy. It is a steady level of energy, increased focus and mental alertness. I really like this product and its reasonably in line with other energy products when you break it down per serving.
