This system is very easy too set up. Just pug your DVR to your monitor then the DVR into an outlet plug your Ethernet cable in all is provided and give it a minute and you should get a picture . Caution if for some odd reason you have too do a factory reboot then you have too remarry the cameras too the DVR . Remember the cameras are already pre married too the system so before mounting the cameras you might what too find number 1 for number 1 screen shot and so forth . The cameras come with two cables one for power and the other for the Ethernet. . Sue was simply incredible she took the time too help me with a mistake that I made and she replaced a camera that was not working what great customer service . Please keep this review handy cause I can run you through the remarriage of the camera if need be . I posted pics from my cameras I ordered the 8 camera system. Just remember before mounting the cameras to plug them in the house look at the monitor too make sure you have a picture. If I would have done this it would have saved me a lot of work . I had one non working camera. . It's a simple but great system. I highly recommend this product. The pics are from 2 of the cameras. Great nighttime pictures also easy operation and set up.

As someone who has trouble getting anything computer or electronics related to work properly, I can tell you this system was a breeze to install. It pretty well installs itself. Basically all you have to do is plug the system in and hook it to an ethernet cable (not required unless you want remote capability), hook it to a monitor, plug the cameras in close to the NVR so they can pair and it is done! The only thing left is installing the cameras where you want them. This system is definitely 'plug and play'. Even the phone app was easy to install and connect to the security system. The pictures are very clear and the monitor view is very user friendly. I was amazed at the clarity of the night vision, So far, I am very satisfied with the system. I haven't had any problems yet and I don't anticipate any. If you are like me and are technology deficient, there is a complete users manual that can be downloaded which has very detailed information. If you have no experience in setting up a camera security system, this is for you! Just hook it up according to the directions in the setup guide and it works. Can't say enough good about the system. I got the 8 channel wireless with the 1 TB NVR. It has satisfied all my requirements for a camera recording system.

GLITCHY, PIC FREEZES,SYSTEMS CRASHES.APP IS TERRIBLE QUALITY AND IN SLOW MOTION MOST OF TIME PIC GOES GREEN ON A DAILY BASIS AND EVENTUALLY KICK MY PHONE AND I PAD OFF AND CANT BACK IN TRIED TO UNINSTALL AND REINSTALL STILL DOESNT WORK,,,,,

Good product and excellent service made a perfect combination. After receiving the cameras we called a technician to install them. He found that one of the adapters was broken so we reported it. Hours later we received a reply (Sue) she said that the part was going to be shipped from their US Office. It was a good experience. Everybody is happy. Thank you.

These are beautiful cameras that work well in daylight or night. My only issue is with the customer service. I emailed them and never got a response so I still do not know how to view the cameras on a Windows computer off the network. Sure the iPhone app works but I would like to check them on my Windows Surface and can't figure out how to do so. I also added 12 dB antennas to extend the range and updated the firmware of the NVR and cameras.

They are cheap chinese cameras. The NVR is very slow and lags. If you move the mouse on your screen it takes it a second to move. For the price I would absolutely NOT buy this again. It serves its purpose but I wouldn't trust it to be properly recording when necessary. The video quality is also pretty grainy. Hard to Identify a face at just 10 feet away. For the money I wish I would have just bought a better 4 camera system.

For the money the system is a good value. The picture quality is better than expected. The programing is simple too. I don't have anythin g negative to say about the hardware or RF range. My issue is, after having the system for about 3 weeks it has gone offline a few time and has to be reprogramed. I can not depend on it to be working whae I need it. For this reason alone I would look at another system. I am about to throw mine out and start over. Good luck, I suggest writing a review after the system is in for a few weeks.

The picture display and the camera resolutions for this system are superb. I must have got a lemon, because within the first month after installation, the hard disk that came with it stopped working. Next, the network connection keeps going OFFLINE. I put a power backup on my modem to make sure there was no problem with power. I still had connection problems. If you want to see the display from the cameras, it's a great system; otherwise, find one where all the features work.

Very easy to setup, and the wireless distance is way better than I imagined. I've got a camera on my barn about 100' from the unit and the picture quality is way better than I ever thought it would be for the price!

they work fine, easy to set up, but signal not very good through concrete wall, I bought a different atenas for the receiver but it did not help I do not know if you would have any suggestion, it is worth the money.

Bought over a year ago worked great but since dec 2018 can’t access via phone app, yeskam support tried but no results yet

Very fast delivery and very easy to set up! The wifi range is also very good, was able to reach to about 20-25 ft through 4 walls!
