No badge holder.. just another Made in USA gimmick…. Just buy a cheaper one and it will be the same

Don’t expect stylus rubber to stay on.
It was good, until the stylus rubber falls off. I had it clipped on my pants for easy access, but the rubber may fall off, getting rid of the stylus functionality.
