Nice and Fresh

I just got back from Scotland and wanted to buy something that I couldn't get in the U.S., so I bought a package of these. I wasn't expecting much and thought, at first, that it was a hard candy. I opened the package and the tablet-shaped candies appeared to be coated in sugar, so I was expecting a very sweet candy. Pastilles are sweet, but not overly sweet. They are chewy, but not overly chewy like some jelly-type candies that stick to my teeth and give my jaw a good work out. I love desserts, but I'm not big into candies. This is one candy that I would special order so that I can eat it in the U.S.

My mother gave me a tube of these chewy Rowntree's. They are the perfect reading candy and the flavors are rich and wonderful! Everyone should have a chance to experience these candies!!

These are not full size packs. They are mini versions, not the full size 52.5g as advertised.

I have family who are vegetarian and I like to add these to small gifts or notes.

These Rowntree pastilles are excellent,amazing still after all these years from the 80's,plus 24 packets(rolls) for around £6+ pence,I'd like to buy again but more this time,around the price I paid,I'd like to get 4 x 24 packets(rolls),as I live in a VERY REMOTE part of north west Scotland that's 37mls from a small town & down 98mls to nearest city,Inverness

Classic sweets

Good value except I only received 21 tubes of pastilles. Still cheap but feel if they do this to every customer............

lovely but somebody along the way had pinched a packet!
