Not linty, but not very good at picking up dirt, either.
I bought these microfiber cloths with the expectation that they would be a significant improvement over the generic, bulk-priced cloths. My biggest problem with the generic cloths is that many of them drop lint, excessively. Like, I'll use one to clean a mirror, and it'll leave microfibers all over the mirror's surface. I'll try to lottery-pick a non-linty cloth to go over the mirror a second time to remove the dropped fibers, and if the second cloth is linty, I have to keep trying.Well, the good news is that these cloths don't lint at all. The bad news is that they are pretty terrible at cleaning glass. You know how a microfiber cloth (even a generic, linty one) feels when it goes over a dirty surface? It doesn't move smoothly--it kind of hangs up repeatedly as it tries to pick up the dirt. Without glass cleaner, these cloths just glide easily over dirty glass and pick up almost nothing. If I use glass cleaner, they're somewhat better, but not great. My office desk has a glass surface and I keep a cloth handy to remove fingerprints and smudges--with other cloths, even the generic ones, I don't need glass cleaner, but with these, I do.These cloths do seem more absorbent than the generic ones, but the thing is, I've come across better cloths that don't lint, pick up dirt well, and are also absorbent. To be fair, these are marketed as car wash towels, and they do a passable job for that, but so do other brands that don't have the drawbacks that these do. Check out the commercial-grade cloths under the brand The Rag Company for a better alternative.

for oil cleansing method - face washing - these are amazing.
I bought these to use with my oil cleansing method because i have been trying to find a washcloth that will not be left stained after using it to remove the oil and makeup. So far i have used one of these 3-4 times in a row and i can rinse out the makeup and mascara each time. After i rinse it i also scrunch it and rub the fabric back on itself to remove the makeup completely - but compared to regular washcloths refusing to rinse out all the makeup - these are amazing. I will update after several more uses and washing the cloths to see if they continue with their magic.

Read the blog says the old Marine
They're wonderful and can be used to clean anywhere BUT do NOT get WHITE (as shown). Using them on any 'hard' colors, and trying to get it out, even after just using them (using baking soda, etc) and you're wasting Ur time!Use them on simple spills (no coffee or coke) and clean afterwards STAT.Just get OTHER colors than WHITE...and I'm and old Marine Neat Freak.

Soft, safe for your eyeglasses and electronics.
These are very soft, I use one on my eye glasses, tablet and phone screen. One on the TV screen, computer monitor....you get the idea, great size as softness for electronics.

Highly Absorbent
These cloths are a great size and very absorbent. They clean well. They do not leave lint behind. However, they will pick up lint if you wash them with other items. I washed them with linty black towels and they now have little black lint balls stuck all over them.

Think twice
Yeah very soft, super soft but it does not absorb water well. I washed them few times hoping for it to finally start absorbing it - but nope! Garbage!

Good tack cloths
I purchased these cloths after reading an article about using microfiber cloths as tack rags to remove dust from wood projects before applying any finish coats. These cloths are the ideal size and have removed all the small dust particles left after sanding between coats.
