Bottom is smooth not bumpy and has better traction.
I have bought several pairs of these spanning several years. I have tried others, but I keep coming back to snoozes. The cheaper brands that have dots on the bottom don't grip as well, the dots tend to come off, and can be uncomfortable to walk on. Snoozies have the brand name printed on the sole in some type of rubber. I have never found that it comes off. After a few years it might wear down a little, but it will still have traction just not as well as when their brand new. On the downside I wish they would make them warmer. They're ok but I still have to wear wool socks with them to get the warmth I desire. (My feet get really cold.)

Not the most comfortable
I purchased a size large (my shoe size is 8 1/2 - 9), and found this a bit snug in the toe area. However the heel area is big. Otherwise the slipper satisfies my need for a light-weight easy to wear in house slipper.

Too snug
The heel of this slipper protrudes from the back making for a bad fit. The toe is too snug and the heel is cut too large, with a lot of excess material. I normally wear 8 1/2 - 9, but the large size is too small. I usually love snoozies and have several pair.

Cute bow-front but a very strange fit
-heel sticks way out at the back making them look odd-extremely large (long) fit-elastic around top is tighter than necessary-all rubber or something so it's airtight - not a very hygienic design-loud, annoying squeak when walking
