Shipping was super fast. I put it together myself in about 3 hrs. Probably would have been faster with 2 people, but still doable alone. Super easy assembly and really sturdy. My 6&8 year olds love it. I definitely recommend using real tools when assembling… I don’t think I could have gotten everything as secure with the sad excuses for tools that came with it. Most of my assembly time was fiddling with them before realizing that I had a real ratchet set in the garage.I also recommend investing in different ground stakes. The ones that came with it aren’t bad, but I had better luck with more robust aftermarket ones to keep it from rocking with heavy swinging.

FINALLY! A CHILDREN PRODUCT THAT IS NOT FLIMSY AND NOT OVERPRICED!(Most children's items are extremely overpriced and the quality will be subpar.)This is an excellent unit. Very sturdy. Instructions say its a 2 person job but i did it by myself without a hitch. Instructions are clear and precise. But I would advise that you manipulate them by putting together all legs after assembling part 1. Do not tighten any bolts until you have completely assembled the unit. Thank me later.There were some missing Screws/Bolts/Washers. But I reached out to the Seller and they responded very very quicky and very often. They did not delay to fix this problem. I went to lowes and bought the missing pieces and the seller gave me a partial refund to cover the cost that I had spent. I am so grateful because this swing/play set is absolutely perfect and I just was not going to return it. Its a keeper!I promise you are getting an extremely quality piece of equipment for your kids that will last as many years as you will want it to. My kids can not stop climbing and swinging and jumping on and off of it. The basketball hoop connected to it is simply ingenuous.I will be checking more of their products.

Product is not super tall, but supports the swinging needs of my 10yr old. Side bars are not super sturdy. Was very easy to put together (under 3 hours) and am satisfied with the quality for the price. Just wish it was taller.

This was pretty easy to put together, would have gone a little quicker with two people. Comes with everything you need for assembly, but you’ll save yourself a lot of time if you have a ratchet on hand. My little one is not quite big enough to use the kid swing, so I changed it out for a bucket swing (bought separately), easy switch. It was initially missing a couple small parts, but their customer service team was able to get those parts shipped out to me. This swingset is light weight, so make sure to use the included anchors, especially if your kids are bigger than a toddler. The round swing is comfortable and can support an adult’s weight. The basketball hoop is a neat idea, but not sure it will get used much - no backboard and you would be throwing towards whoever is on the swingset.

Easy to assemble, one person can do it maybe takes about 2 hours.I love it so much I want to get another one with different things on it.Keeps the kids busy and happy.

I have two boys ages 3 and 6 and they both love it. We’ve had neighborhood kids come by to play and it is very sturdy. My husband and I can also both sit on the swing set.

It’s perfect for toddlers up to age 6. They can get on the saucer swing or climb the rope ladder. My only complaint is the stakes to hold it in the ground. They stick up & are a tripping hazard - also hard to see the stakes because they’re black.
