First off, the press works beautifully. Once you dial in your technique, you can make some quality stuff. The temp control is consistent (keep plates touching for most accurate read) and the press is robust as heck. I have definitely gone way too hard on pressure and had some blow outs before I learned less can be more!On top of all that, customer service is incredible. My first few presses weren’t great, so I reached out and got a REAL person who walked me through some troubleshooting steps. Worked like a charm after they helped me dial in the pump and tighten up the release valve. Also the trade in option is awesome; I’ve used it once and I plan to use it again when I want to upgrade! They helped me through the whole process and made it pretty easy. Can’t say enough good things about these folks!

Oh man, I hit 20% from the start and haven't look back since! Very heavy and solid construction. Plates stay perfectly aligned unlike what I've seen and heard about other presses. The only negative for me personally is that the handle is a loose fit but can be easily fixed with building up some tape at the end where it goes into the jack. Did I mention 20% !!!

An American company. American ingunuity. This thing puffs quality! As far as customer support. Nugsmasher has countless utube vids showing you what the product can do and how to do it! There is a learning curve. Yield under 20% is probably because you are 1) not properly using bottle tech. 2) not using a cooling plate or ice packs. 3) S#!T flowers 💐 lol
