Uneven
Just like Ivy, struggling to be plant or human, this story struggled to figure out how to write her. Page to page she felt all over the place like the author wanted her to do things but wrote the reasoning after the fact. This might have been ignorable if she wasn't the POV protagonist, but that wasn't the case. The art was good, it felt similar to the Gotham City Sirens run with the risque touch. The plot was alright, but largely hampered by Ivy's all over the place inner workings. It, at least, only slightly acknowledges DC canon events so it can be treated as a standalone work. 2.5 stars, ultimately ok, bouncing between 2-3 stars based on my mood.

Great Start...
This series had a great start. Straight up amazing art, not to mention it's great to have a series that's by itself...but it kind of loses that momentum as it goes. The art will very plainly change, and when it does, numerous little details about a character's appearance will change back and forth. Like Catwoman's zipper, or Ivy's shoes. Little things like that just tend to bug me. Changing artists is understandable but it shouldn't suffer continuity. As for the story, it felt like a small continuation of Gotham City Sirens, but Ivy's side of things, which was nice. I also love the idea of giving Ivy her own story and enjoyed this mature version of her. The second half of the story gets a but odd and it's here where things fall a bit....I won't spoil it but I must say I actually didn't see the ending suprise of Who-Dunnit coming. Should have, but hadn't so I can at least say that after the strong start, the end feels a bit redeeming for the odd middle, and I would buy another story with Ivy to see more of this version and her interactions with her new human pal and Selina. As for the rest....meh.If you like the Gotham City Sirens and don't mind story's with mutations of nature (albeit kind of cute ones) then buy this short book.

Poison Ivy fan and I enjoyed the comic
I thoroughly enjoyed reading this comic. I'm a huge Poison Ivy fan so I was happy to be able to add this comic to our collection. The story was rather interesting, we read a lot of Batman comics. If you're familiar with the Batman universe, then you know how crazy SOME of the stories can be (A guy dressed up as a bat, fighting crime. It's a pretty odd concept.) Anywho, this book was a fun read and I liked the art, I wasn't sure if I should buy it because I can be picky when it comes to the art. That's the main reason I'm writing this review. So others who are on the fence about buying this comic can get a small sample. There are some cameos made by some pretty popular characters that I enjoyed. Without giving away too much of the story, I'll simply say Ivy is working on some plant research that'll take her and you on an interesting journey. Enjoy.

Cabbage Patch Kids
Poison Ivy has created beings like herself: a hybrid of plant and animal she calls her sporelings. It was quite intriguing to see Poison Ivy as a mother. Of course things go south when a series of murders happens but it's not Poison Ivy doing the killing.....well, most of the murders are not done by Ivy. Ivy is a good person here for the most part. Harley Quinn, Catwoman and Swamp Thing makes memorable cameos.A good read but the reveal of the murderer could've been better. The art is good.

Good, quirky story
Really nice seeing Poison Ivy in her own book, story is good but gets kind of weird, but hey, that's what comics are for!

A new take on Poison Ivy that is worth the read!
This comic book as an actual interesting and intriguing dectective/mystery plot and depict Poison Ivy as a complex, layered and diversified character. The drawings are great and fluid. It's really nice to have a brand new adventure with that legendary character! Also include brief apperance of Harley Quinn and Catwoman (i could have taken more of them! but it was nice to have them appear regardless). The focus always stay on Poison Ivy herself and her entourage.
