Love the Smell But It Is STRONG
I enjoy the scent of this oil and do use it for cramps by diluting it in a carrier oil. While I also love diffusing oils, this oil is so strong even a couple drops in a diffuser tends to be overwhelming. It is very pleasant when used in a carrier oil and works a bit on my period cramps thought which I think is this particular blends’ purpose.

Great product
This helps a lot. I ordered this with Primrose supplements and a PMS tea also and they all work very well together to ease cramps and bloating and irritability from PMS symptoms. Thank you so much. 👍🏻👌🙏

I got this because my hormones are all messed up from surgery. I’ve been truly moody and no joke my mood changes within minutes - even my boyfriend noticed. Can't live without it

ordered this for my hot flashes
I am pleasantly surprised that this IS working for my hot flashes. I put a dab on each wrist in the morning and as well as when I need it..and then again just before bed. It has helped me during the day and especially at night. I do not wake up at 4 am in a sweat!! I am still warm but that is much better that the alternative!!! The smell is actually OK. might not be for everyone. I would recommend you go to a store to find out if it's a smell you can live with.Happy about this product. I would order this again.

Great oil blend!
Arrived fast and exceeded expectations.
