The World's Largest Themed Word Search Book - Vol. 1: 1,111 Puzzles for Adults & Seniors

This is the best word search puzzle book I have ever seen. It is rare that you buy a book that totally has little or no negatives. The "small" publisher puts out a near perfect book. I am looking for more from these people. The themes of each puzzle or clever and just a lot of fun. I so highly recommend this book to anyone who likes word search puzzles.

This is a pretty heafty book and will take time to complete, the font itself is pretty large and easy to read, if you do word searches as a regular activity and need a book to keep at home, this is a perfect option to go for. Keeping a record of dates on each puzzle to see how long this actually takes to complete at a regular pace.

I HAVE WORKED A COUPLE OF DOZEN OF THE PUZZLES IN THIS BOOK-IT'S GREAT. I HAVE BEEN ADDICTED TO THE WORD SEARCH BOOKS SINCE MY DOCTOR SUGGESTED DOING SOMETHING NEW TO KEEP MY BRAIN ACTIVE. IT WORKS!

This Word Search book is perfect for what I need it for. As you can see, it's very thick, and they cover every subject under the sun, lots and lots of different subjects. Also, the puzzles themselves are very simple, easy to read, the words are easy to find. I send out a lot of cards, many of them going to older seniors in assisted living facilities, those who are in hospice and can't do much else, people laid up with medical conditions, and also just plain old birthday cards. I like to include a word search with my cards to give card recipients something to do, and as a way to occupy their time for a little bit. If you know a senior that likes word searches, or is just looking for something easy to do, this is the ideal book for them.

I love this book! I’m a teacher and I’m using this as an activity for the kids to do during summer camp and I can’t wait for them to use it!!

This book is ENORMOUS & heavy, making it not very nice for holding in your hand while reclining/relaxing.It also has more than one puzzle per page & they're printed on the front & back of each page. This means that when you open the book up to any given page, you can actually see 4 puzzles all at the same time, which is quite visually distracting, additionally detracting from the relaxation factor.It definitely has a LOT of puzzles, but it's not at all what I was looking for. I would say perhaps it might be good for a teacher or an activities leader, who might make copies of the pages for their students/clients/patients?

Just what I was looking for. Thought having two puzzles per page would be cumbersome but it isn't. Also the puzzles are interesting and not too easy.
