I love this cell phone case. For me there is nothing like a true TPU case. I love the design of my phone but want some coverage. This case, nor is any TPU case, is not meant for someone looking for a big, bulky case that will protect the phone from heavy use and big nasty drops. This case does exactly what I want. I take good care of my phone and the case provides a slim and trim layer of protection that also gives that added extra needed to be able to truly grip the phone in your hand without making it too bulky. The durable TPU material definitely preserves the original phone design while providing protection for average wear and use. I can't stress how much the anti-slip properties give your smart phone more grip and most importantly the cutouts to all the ports, speakers and camera are perfectly aligned. Now I can easily grip and hold my phone keeping its original attractive design and also know I am protected for minimal drops or falls. And it fits on tightly and snugly as well. Lastly the case allows for the perfect fit of a screen protector on the phone. Highly recommend this case.

Case is a great value. I commonly drop my phone just as I think I'm being careful with them. I wanted something that would protect my phone screen/phone body from damage. I bought this at the same time as the SPARIN Moto G Play Screen Protector 2 pack which works great, too. The case is slightly matte which makes it easy to hold. It's exactly thick enough to feel like it will provide good protection without making the case too bulky. The Moto G Play is fairly small compared to the new phablet trend, so the overall size is still easy to use one handed.A coworker tried the case and liked it well enough he bought the case for his Nexus 6P made by the same company. He liked it, too as he kept damaging his phone without one.

I was pleasantly surprised by this case as it was thinner than I thought it would be. I really appreciate the thinness, but someone who is looking for more device protection in a case might not. I would not trust the case to protect the phone from a drop of 3' or above, but for someone who is generally pretty good to phones (not dropping, etc) this case does the job. It fits snugly and I was perhaps most impressed by how the flexibility of the bumper part of the case allows the buttons to be pressed easily; there is no struggling to press the volume buttons like one has to do with harder cases. I do miss touching the "M" dimple on the back of the phone (my cases for my previous Moto phone had an elongated cutout on the back to accommodate this) but the matte texture isn't bad.Overall, I'd say if you're looking for something thing to cover up your phone and give it a bit of protection, this is a great case. If you require more protection however, I would say this case is inadequate. It all depends on what you're looking for, and this case suits my needs just fine.

First off, the cutout for usb has a good millimeter of clearance on each side for the moto g4 play charger so don't believe the false post below. I've also used the Amazon Basics usb cable and it fit easily as well. Secondly, the case is a perfect and snug fit. It's smooth around the edges and matte textured on the back. The cutouts are all lined up perfectly and the power and volume buttons work great. The case has a lip that is raised a good millimeter or so from the screen so you can safely lay it face down. The cutout for the camera hump is very slightly higher than the metal rim which protects the camera when laid backside down. All in all it's a perfect case for the moto play.

So far this seems to be an excellent value. The case fits the phone nicely, and allows for easy access to the charge port. The buttons on the case are easy to press and function smoothly, while protecting from external moisture, etc... The five stars are taking into account that this is a value case, not a high end product. The material is thin flexible plastic, (not heavy ABS like an Otter case for example) and it does not have flaps to seal the openings to the charge port, etc... I'm not sure how effective it will be in preventing damage from drops, as the material is rather thin. Still, it meets my expectations for providing an extra layer of durability without impairing the functionality of the phone.

I don't give one star reviews because you can usually find SOMETHING good about it, but this was overall bad. It decreases your screen brightness by literally half. I couldn't see my screen outside on a sunny day. The glass is grainy and leaves finger prints like crazy. I received mine cracked already when I got it but had to put it on because I didn't have anything else. I contacted the seller and they still haven't responded to me. It's been 5 days. And the privacy aspect of it isn't even good. You can see what people are looking at just fine from the side, a little blackening from the already tinted screen. This just sucked.

I have gotten compliments on this screen protector. People how you can’t read it from the sides. And it covers your whole phone in the front.While this is a great screen protector, the edges don’t curve with the phone it collects dirt around the edges, the film on the back has a ton of bubbles and you can’t get them out.

This case is very low-profile - it feels like my phone is "wearing nothing at all"! And yet it is raised just enough around the perimeter of the phone to protect the glass with a sturdy bumper. I accidentally dropped the phone face-down on a hard floor right after installing this case, and it protected it just as it was supposed to. Easy to slip on, easy to hold. For butterfingers like me (or those with arthritic hands), consider adding one of those products with the elastic finger rings to hold it more securely on the back. But the back is already a matte surface so there's some grip there. In short: easy to install, fits perfectly, low profile, looks great.
