Tripp Lite Certified UPS Replacement Battery Cartridge for SMART1500, SMART1500SLT, SMX1500SLTSLT Versions with Pre-Assembled 3-Battery Cartridges, 18-Month Warranty (RBC36-SLT)

I looked up a quick video on YouTube, prepared myself for a struggle, and was pleasantly surprised at how easy these were to swap out. I've been running these for a while now and the batteries have stood up as I'd expect brand new batteries to. Very pleased with this purchase!

RBC-51 batteries cost about double because of the odd size you can't find anywhere else. Tripp Lite batteries are the only ones with their dimensions with F2 connectors that will fit in the Smart1300LCDT. All other replacement batteries that meet the electrical specs are a tad too wide or a tad too tall or have F1 connectors instead of F2. Two RBC-51 replacement batteries are giving me 24 minutes of runtime with 165W load in my Smart1300LCDT. The specs on a new Smart1300LCDT list 23 minutes for a 200W load. 18-month is going have less amp-hrs than a 3 yr battery. My original batteries lasted 6 years 7 months. I'm hoping for 2 years with these replacements.

I have had a Tripp Lite Smart UPS for probably well over 5 years and when the battery started to go I realized it would be well over $100 to get anything close to what I already had. This battery replacement was exactly what I needed. I got it in within a couple of days of ordering. 2 screws to take my case off, a couple of wires and done. In 5 minutes I had my UPS working like new. It's been a couple months and no issues. Highly recommend the seller.

You do need two of these batteries which is what I thought I was getting. I only received one and had to order another, which worked fine but when I took the original battery out they were locked together as one, so that is why I thought when I ordered one that was the way it would come. One battery doesn't work. After getting another battery they did work as expected and UPS working fine. Just be sure when you order what you're getting.

My Tripplite HT850UPS started shutting down randomly multiple times a day. Though the troubleshooting said it was an overload, I had my doubts as nothing has been added or removed from the UPS. So I suspected the battery needed replacement and I picked this one since it was recommended by Tripplite. (I debated a cheaper version but ultimately I wanted a reliable battery that wouldn't blow up and hoped that Tripplite's recommendation would give me assurances that the battery manufacturer was reliable and the product wasn't shoddy.)The battery arrived well-packed and swapping the battery out of the unit was quick and easy. The hardest part was unplugging everything, hauling the heavy unit out from behind the entertainment center and the biggest headache was plugging everything back in! (I'm pretty sure that no matter how well you tie and organize cords and cables, they secretly have wild parties at night or spontaneously tie themselves into one big mass of wires!) At any rate, it's been weeks and I haven't had a single shutdown since (though I bet if I look back thee now my cables will be a mess again!).Bottomline: I'm very happy with this replacement and definitely recommend for the HT850UPS.

My only complaint is the plastic shell was cracked in one corner from rough shipping. Other than that, it worked perfectly. Slide out the old one, slide in the new one, plug it in and go.

Total Junk!!!!!! We buy an enormous amount of stuff from amazon with mixed results. Generally convenience is worth it. Unfortunately, this was biggest let down so far. Paid full price for these and it appears we got someone else’s spent batteries passed off as new. I should have known when I installed something was up as they came fully charged and typically new lead acid batteries have little if any charge and take a day or so to charge up. Our first big power outage 3 weeks after installing 2 of these in a UPS and it died within minutes powering only a small cable router. No way to get our money back. My advice is don’t buy critical stuff like this from amazon or partners until they can get quality control. Too many knock offs and junk sold as quality material when they’re not.

This battery pack was very easy to install. After removing the cover, I was able to disconnect & remove the old one and then the new one slid right back in without a hitch. It was even possible to do it without powering the UPS or my servers off!One word of caution, however - - at least on my UPS, there are some plastic spacers surrounding the installed battery. Make sure to take note of their position & put them in place before installing the new battery - otherwise, you may encounter some difficulty getting everything to line up properly.

Installed perfectly into slot as advertised, but after 48hrs, with no load, the battery is still only has a 50% charge.

Delivery was on time.

Habia probado una bateria alternativa para mi nobreak Tripplite y me empezo a dar problemas antes del año de uso, razon por la que solicite el reemplazo de bateria original de tripplite, el envio y la recepcion fue muy rapido y se ve buena calidad de la bateria, al conectarlo al no break lo empezo a cargar y en pocas horas ya estaba al 100% (la otra bateria ya no pasaba del 50% de carga y el no break fallaba cuando se iba la electricidad).Espero esta bateria me de al menos una duracion aproximada a la bateria original incluida con el no break cuando lo compre.

Muy buen producto, es justo lo que estaba esperando, muy fácil instalación, se realiza en 10 minutos sin problemas .

Las baterias falladas y sin carga, tardaron mucho en llegar y al instalarlas no sirvieron. Las revisó un ingeniero y nos dijo que son de muy mala calidad. Dinero perdido.
