I bought this jam to make a special cake to take to church for potluck. I baked two round pineapple cakes (NOT upside down cakes, but layer cake) then used the jam between the layer. I placed candied pineapple between the layers, topped it with homemade pineapple buttercream and decorated with toasted chopped hazelnuts (filberts) and chopped maraschino cherries that had been candied with the pineapple.It got rave reviews and I’ll have a jar of this luxury item in my pantry at all times! If you love pineapple, this is a must-have! ❤️🐈

I have a recipe that calls for Pineapple Preserves and this serves the recipe beautifully.....Broiled Sea Bass (or any whitefish) with a Pineapple-Chili Basil Glaze. It is really delicious. And the jam on a bit of toast in the morning is also delicious.

I was looking for a Pineapple jam so i bought these preserves. It was good but really seems like crushed pineapple with sugar and a little pectin. Its not as loose as plain crushed pineapple but more like a very loose jam. It wasn't what I was expecting and tastes ok. I would not purchase again especially for the price .
