Blade problem
Otherwise good. But there is a problem with the blade and mine broke. Could not find any fitting replacement. After week's of follow up they replaced with one that did not fit. Finally they asked me to buy a new jar. To my dismay the blender did not fit. Still trying to figure out how to buy one .Poor service

This product is not working after using for a month. I am highly dissatisfied customer for this poor quality.

Delicate / fragile
The spindle part of The transparent glass bowl has broken just after the return endow closed . Not sure if I can replace the transparent bowl . Would like to have it replaced if possible
