Power Plate my3 Vibration Training Machine

Several years my daughter was trampled by her horse ad she wound up with severe muscle damage. She has to stretch everyday to keep her muscles flexible. Since getting the power plate, miraculous healing has taken place. (By the way, she has had every type of therapy from rolfing to active release - you name it. Active release was awesome with the right therapist, some therapist not as good as others. You do have to make sure the therapist is good.) But the power plate allows for deep tissue stretching and healing. Her flexibility has improved my leaps and bounds. She swears by the power plate. When she reads a bad review or a review saying it's all hype, for instance when it say it's like those shaker machines in the 60's. She gets so upset. She is living proof of the power plate works! It works, it works!!! We highly believe in the power plate and it has made all the difference in the world in her stretching routine. It breaks up scar tissue. It has helped with scholiosis too. It also rebuilds muscles and she can't live without it! She used to be in advance ballet and says if only I had this machine then, I would have been unstoppable. She loves the machine. She actually has the power plate my5. We recently purchased the my3 for a nephew who was just diagnosed with muscular dystrophy and the power plate is amazing on lengthening muscles. All the state of the art rehabs have a power plate! Now that should tell you something. It is even used for helping with cancer - drains the lymphatic system. We are STRONG believers in the power plate! It works miracles!

I have been using My3 Power Plate for 3 weeks now and I am delighted with this incredible vibration machine. The manufacturer recommends using it every other day up to 3 times a week. I use it every day for 10 min. and love it. I am over 60 years old and I can visibly see much firmer legs and arms. It is a fun machine. I am still exploring the many ways to strengthen my body.Amazon was great to buy from. Everything arrived on time and in great condition.

Excellent product. The machine is exactly as advertised, and the company packaged it very responsibly. And the delivery was timely.

the whole family loves to use it...It needs no more space than expected so it is really easy to put it almost everywhere....

I put the power plate on a wooden floor and it shook my house like an earthquake. Must it be on a concrete floor? I am unable to use it because I'm afraid it will compromise the integrity of my house structure with the intensity of the vibration. Please advise.

I bought this for my elderly mother. She loves it and it really helps with her quality of life. In-home PT has her focus on fall prevention and this is part of that routine.

Ordered power plate and was advised Power Plate would arrive in two week. After two weeks Amazon advised that the Power Plate was lost during shipment and another would be shipped. This caused another two weeks delivery, and the cost had already been posted on my credit card. Power Plate arrived with damaged carton and no instruction booklet. Called Power Plate directly and they graciously sent another instruction/exercise booklet.

Ok, so took my first 20 minute class on a power plate doing a series of squats and arm exercises together and switching to planks and push ups....let me tell you....these things work! They're a blessing for people like me with busy schedules. They allow you to work your muscles rapidly which you can't physically do unless on the power plate, thus results way faster. Love these machines. Whoever says they dont work or are hype are full of shiitake mushrooms! Lol
