As a bigger dude, this holster pad made carrying any gun with a Kydex holster much more comfortable, especially in a vehicle or sitting on various types of furniture. I ordered bigger than what I needed, but it also keeps any part of the gun from making contact with my skin which is a plus, especially if I'm sweaty. I wear it practically daily for 6 hrs plus each time and so far it's shown little signs of wear after a month and a half of using it. For $20, this was worth it and I can't imagine wearing a Kydex holster without it. Definitely worth it if you're a bigger guy, if you're a little or skinny, I doubt it would benefit you as much, but it may if you find your holster uncomfortable in certain situations.

Ordered the large. It is a little small and doesn't fit my firearm holster as well as hoped. Still kept it but ordered a clinger pad instead.

It works because kydex digs right into your side and this cushions it. The problem is it's sticky and impossible to get inside the waistband without dropping your trousers! Makes it a little difficult at times but it's better than jabbing you in the side when you sit down.

I have an urban carry lock leather owb holster for my p365 and HC Pro that I have these stuck on the back of to add some extra padding. I drive for a living and the top of the slide rubs my side bc im a bigger guy and this adds the little but of padding I needed and makes carrying more comfortable every day. I used the medium for my p365 and the large for my Hellcat pro.

Where has this been my whole life? Total game changer and makes daily carry waaaaayyyy more comfortable. A must have.
