It is soft where the loofah is, but it easily moved and the hard plastic center can hit you. The handle itself is sturdy (as in j don’t think I could snap it) but with it being smooth plastic it is really hard to hold onto in the shower. Especially with soap. So I end up having to grip it where the loofah is and defeating the purpose of having a handle. I have tried to put some tape for grip at the end now. So it will be easier to use.

Unfortunately I bought 2 of these back scrubbers. One fell apart the very first time I tried to use it and the other was an unraveled mess the third time. Absolute waste of money.

This back scrubber is very helpful for someone with limited shoulder range of motion. I bought this for my husband who had rotator cuff surgery. The loufas were well attached and large enough to cover quite a bit of skin. It makes his showers so much easier. The handle is easy to hold and there is a nice rope loop to hang it up.I definitely recommend this product.

I absolutely NEVER write reviews about anything, but this item is amazing. I love being able to wash my back, but after I had a stroke, it became extremely difficult to be able to do so. I tried every item similar to this one that Walmart or any store carried. Unfortunately, the other products never held up. I found myself replacing them every month or so because they were flimsey and would just fall apart. When I found this on Amazon, I ordered it just to try it. After all of the past purchases of other products, my expectations weren’t very high at all. I was very shocked when I received it and felt how soft it was, yet it was sturdy. I had my first one for over 4 months and it still was almost like new. I left it in a hotel on a family trip a couple months ago, and I was devastated, but I just ordered another one! I would definitely recommend this product to anybody in the market for this type of product!

The handle on this scrubber feels nice and strong compared to many that I have found on other products. I like the long loose netting at the end as opposed to the types with a ball. The only thing that would make it better was if the end of the handle had a little bit of texturing so that it was easy to grip when your hands are soapy and wet. It lathers up very well with just a little bit of soap product.

I love the sturdiness of the handle and durability of the loofah. It's not super soft, but just right for me. I can reach every area of my back. 👍👍My partner tried it and said he could not get the angle right to make it effect for him. He has had wrist surgeries and arthritis, that reduces flexibility in his wrists. He said a longer handle might work for him better. 👎

Have purchased this item before in a different color and we use it as a way to scrub you body and especially the back which is had to do without an item like this. It last quite a long time depending on usage and how you take care of it but so far have found it very sturdy and soft to the body. Will purchase another set when this one wears out.

My nephew has me order these for him. He LOVES them. Says it makes taking a shower so much easier. He is a larger guy and has trouble scrubbing his back. Never goes on a trip without one in his suitcase.

The handles of the one he had broke very easily. These are more sturdy. He can't bend much so he loves it in the shower. They were impossible to find in the stores. Always nice to know we have amazon.

This Arswin loofah back scrubber is very well made. It's a lot better then the ones I buy at the box stores. It was more money but you get what you pay for.
