Poorly written and sickeningly male-centric
I would love to edit this book, not only so I can correct the numerous grammatical errors and add some basic punctuation - I would also like to rewrite it so that it isn't directed exclusively at males.I read a sentence (somewhere in the middle) about withstanding challenges and how the ability to do so relies heavily on an inherent "alpha trait". I would love to know whether or not the author truly believes this bulls***, and if so, why?He goes on about how spirituality is so important, and how people (men, specifically) should invest their time in spiritual practices, yet his world-view seems to be very basic. It's surprising that he, someone who claims to have explored his mind through meditation, clearly doesn't know how to think outside of the box in which he lives.

An okay book for young people with little life experience and no access to google
This book is short and had nothing new, or all that creative, in it. There is 20 pages on the different types of martial arts that could easily be found with a Google search. For me, this purchase was a disappointment but I will find someone to gift it to that will need it.If you're serious about improvement try as a man thinketh

Horrible
Sounded like a huge run on sentence. Very repetitive and redundant at times. Editing was non-existent and grammatical errors were very distracting. I wish I read the reviews before buying this book. Im returning it. Also, directed at a make audience.
