Great little book loaded with detailed French conjugations.Only changes that would be useful is having the definition of each verb in the conjugated sections instead of only in the back index and translations of examples in the earlier summary sections.

c'est bien et moderne, avec inclus les modifications orthographiques, ainsi on voit les quelques verbes qui ont changédonc que du plaisir, j'essayais de comprendre le français vu des anglais ,l'index des verbes est en français avec la traduction simultanée des motes en anglais

I started with my first Bescherelle in 1977, in France. this is my 4th version, and the best so far--English translations of everything, good for students.

I bought this at the recommendation of my french course and thought it was to practice conjugating verbs in French. Its simply a reference book. Do you know whats faster than looking up these words in a book the size of my hand? You do, just typing it into a web browser and seeing the answer.Its extremely technical, small, and only useful for reference. Unless you're studying somewhere out in the woods and have no access to internet don't bother with this book.

The content is excellent, what I expected, but the book was crushed upon receipt. No packing had been used. I had it as a gift for a friend. Needless to say I merely gave it to her without the gift wrapping.

This book was bought for my daughter and she never complaints about it. It works well in class and it was the perfect class companion.
