This item for the price its worth it. I purchased mine and wanted to wait before I gave a review. This waist trainer will shape you IF YOU WEAR IT EVERY DAY. Do not expect to see result if you wear it once per twice a week. Drink plenty water and do a once a month cleanse and eat oatmeal for a week and the price you paid will show you that you can get the same result as a $100+ or name brand waist trainer. less expensive or expensive you will need to change your diet and 30min cardo or weight training to see result. The wrap it definitely the same quality as the boutique brands on Instagram. But your getting this Amazon Brand at a value price. It's literally the same one I purchased from IG boutique. I returned the one from boutique and kept this one from Amazon. Saving me almost $40. It was same in length , width and density. Ladies save your money and buy this one. Thank me later

At 1st I thought this was way too good to be true by looking at the price alone, once it arrived I was turned off with the length. I set it aside and left it.. Then a dress I ordered came in and decided to try it on with the waist trainer.. and WOW, WOW, WOW.. Flawless, (the dress is a bodycon so it fits super tight).You can wear it really tight, semi tight or loose, you have the control to adjust the tightness. It is NOT as bulky as other reviews...I will definitely wear this EVERYDAY.

I'm a size medium in shirts, it fits me well. A lot of people said it didn't fit too well for bigger sizes which I find true because there's a small space at the top if I wrap from the bottom but my bra usually fills it in I don't have a pudge around my ribs it's just lower belly. I like that it doesn't push my lower belly fat up to the rib or bra line. It keeps my gut right in place where I place the wrap. It has a little puffy outer texture not as thin as the Pic makes it look which would have been better if you wear tighter shirts. My shirts are usually a little loose so it blends. Noticeable in tight dresses/shirts as well unless it's black or another dark color. Not like the advertised China branded ones that are super long like 4m. Those take forever to ship and cost more for shipping. Hope this helps. Like if you will like me to post a picture of me wearing the product.

The wrap is okay but I ordered a 2nd one to get the perfect fit for my 36 inch waist. For the price 30 bucks for 2 it's worth it. I like that you can adjust the tightness. One will not give you the snatch you want if you're plus size.

It dont fit like it should!

The fabric does have a "chemical smell" I'd air out in direct sunlight or wash in cold and air dry in direct sunlight. It is A LOT of fabric to be wrapped. When I unwound the spool I said, "did I get it too big?" But, when you secure and wrap each "line" twice it's just right. Velcro is secure. I'm 5'6 and 145 pounds around the time of order with a pretty short torso. So I wrapped immediately under the "twin peaks" and at the bottom, over my natural hip (where you can feel the bones when you push) I wore a girtle from walmart for about a week before it arrive to get used to being restrained in that way. But this this can REALLY pull you in if you pull it tight. Be careful with yourself and only tighten one a week or so. Don't want you passing out!
