That's the main parameter -audio transparency - which described this adapter dongle, to my ears with high-end headphones, DAC and headamp. It seems well made. Perhaps a tad pricy but not terribly. All in all, I'd recommend.

Need to plug headphones or IEMs with 4.4mm cable to an amp that does not have 4.4mm headphone jack, but does have 4-pin XLR headphone jack?Well, this pigtail adapter works just great!

If you own expensive headphones........ and you cable is 4.4mm, and you dont want to spend $400-$1500 to upgrade to XLR....Then buy this 4.4mm <> XLR adapter instead.Its wire silver core, the connectors are gold, and its completely transparent.. It'll save you a lot of money and give you the exact same performance from your 4.4mm, as an expensive XLR cable upgrade.FullBright1 = Approved

A pesar que sé que es un simple adaptador de 4.4 mm a XLR, me encantó.El diseño y la sensación al tacto son de lo mejor.Anteriormente tenía un adaptador de la marca Youkamoo, era muy bueno y funcional pero se sentía genérico, mientras que este adaptador hasta da gusto utilizarlo.

Funciona perfecto y esta de excelente calidad.
