My magsafe approved case still needed a magnetic sticker which did not come w/this item
I purchased a non charging mag safe from another vender & this item above for both my vehicles. The mag was better on the competitors and theirs has mag stickers with extras. I had to use their mag sticker to my magsafe approved case to get the mag to work properly. All in all, I like it quite a bit. The cd holder mount works well and does not budge. I would not hesitate to buy another for sure. It fits the bill well.

I mainly just completing the warranty process here, I haven’t actually used the product yet. The one thing I can say is that it was compatible with my old CD mount. That product is another brand, but it was very stable and did not block the view of the screen underneath on my dashboard. So I am happy that the ball mount on this new one fit onto my old one. Beyond that, I’m only giving four stars because I don’t know how the product is going to work, so I thought that was a reasonable compromise.

Works but magnets are weak
I'm currently searching for another car mount because I don't like how weak the magnets are on this one. I have a iPhone 14 Pro with a Magsafe case as well, so its the car mount that is the issue here. It won't fall off during normal driving, but it can spin from portrait to landscape if I barely push it. I would say this product needs at least double the magnetic pull that it currently has for me to recommend it.
