Amazing customer service
This tent has been amazing for my son. He is only 3 and really struggles to regulate his emotions. He used it straight away and is really dark inside, it does get quite warm but he quite likes that to! There is plenty of room for me to get in with him and it is a fantastic little retreat.I bought this tent in July. My son is a climber and has tried to climb on top numerous times. Last week he managed to snap one of the top connecting poles, I emailed the company to buy a replacement. They not only replaced the broken pole but sent 3 extra as spares and all I paid was delivery. In my opinion they have gone above and beyond. The product is worth the money and their understanding of children with extra needs is incredible.

Leider nicht 100% dunkel
Lieferung ging schnell, Aufbau hat mein 4 jähriger mit meiner Hilfe fast allein geschafft.An einigen Stellen (Naht) kommt ein bisschen Licht in die Höhle.Extrem schade finde ich dass das Fenster und die Tür Licht reinlassen auch in geschlossenem Zustand, hier hätte bei dem Preis auch Klettband angebracht werden können...Im Stoff sind leider auch Materialfehler wie auf den Bildern zu sehen.Das Zelt riecht innen kurz nach dem Aufbau nicht besonders gut ich hoffe das gibt sich noch.Ich würde es so nicht noch einmal kaufen

So was von hässlich!
From the photo I already saw was not the most beautiful toy. But when i saw it personally... it‘s soooo ugly, such a cheap appereance. Terrible fabric and cheap plastic.Im wondering where am I going to hide it at home.For such a price, never more! 20 euro would be more than fair!

Lieferung schnell. Aufbau einfach und schnell. In der Höhle es dunkel, den Kindern gefällts. Aber der Preis 90EUR ? finde ich etwas teuer für die paar Plastikstangen und den Stoff. Für 90 EUR bekomme ich ein wasserfestes Iglu für 3 Personen.Für den Preis würde ich es nicht weiterempfehlen.
