Very happy with this pitcher and the company's service! Was excited to get this and bummed when I opened the box to find a broken lid. I contacted the seller telling them this as I didn't want to go through the process to return the entire item and wait for a replacement. I received a response within an hour and boom, they sent me a new lid free of charge or trouble, and I received it shortly after! About the pitcher, it is super cute, heavy duty and holds a lot of fruit. Excellent large water pitcher infuser!!

I got my pitcher (red) earlier than I thought but I am an Amazon Prime Member if that counts .Overall, this is a great product to have in everybody's home especially summer time is coming up. The design is very elegant. It is very presentable and so simple and easy to clean. The material seems to be durable too.I used mine immediately. My family (of 5) who doesn't drink water as much as they need to is now regularly going back to the fridge for it. This solves my concern about them not drinking enough water for the day.I clean my pitcher every other night and use a variety of fruits. Kids are always excited what flavor they will have. My son who is very picky even with water (most of the time drinks flavored water) is so into it now. Saves me money and I know this is even healthier. There are several combinations of what to infuse with the water you can find online.I highly recommend this product. This is a great present for families too.Also, this is being sold by a small family business. When you buy this product, it is good to know that you support a micro entrepreneur and the family!

poor design, water spills everywhere

I have tried creating water infusions without a specialized pitcher in the past and it didn't turn out very well. This pitcher works fabulously! So far, I have created an orange and lime infusion, a strawberry infusion, and I'm currently doing a cucumber infusion; the strawberry has been my favorite. There is an small ebook that comes with recipes but I have used those more as a guide of complementary flavors. So far, the strawberry has been my favorite. I have tried cucumber water at hair salon so I'm eager to taste this new batch as well. I don't drink as much water as I should and the infuser is definitely helping me to do more of that. Great picture at a great price. It states that you can wash in the dishwasher in the upper rack. I usually watch the pitcher by hand because the plastic feels delicate but have put the lid and the infuser tube in the upper rack of the dishwasher with no problems.

E-book? No one emailed me anything about an e-book. Kinda funny how everyone else seems to have magically gotten one (fake reviews)? Oh, well, not like I can't figure out fruit combos. Mostly just use for lemon/lime and pineapple. -1 star. The lid that has the screw in fuser tube, seems like a good idea, till, you look at it, and it's just plastic. I'm kinda worried that over time it will eventually break off and make the function of the fuser worthless. I think it would have been better to make the lid and maybe the tube part metal for more durable product. I can't see plast threads lasting long. I guess just don't over tighten it. Hopefully if it decides to show signs of weakness I can return it to amazon before the warranty period ends. Time will tell. Other than that the pitcher is nice and big ... came quick. Overall it appears it will work well. Like others have said, the goal is drinking more water.

This pitcher has a nice weight to it and seems to be made pretty well. My main dislike was the lid. It's open and I would have preferred something that closes and keeps air out when storing in the fridge.

After reading the predominantly good reviews on this item, I purchased it. Upon opening the package, the item seemed very solid and well put together.After opening the box I washed the item and prepared my infuser with cucumber, ginger, lime, and mint leaves. I filled the carafe with 3 liters of water. I then slowly “sank” the infuser core and to my surprise the carafe began overflowing. I removed the lid/infuser assembly and picked up the carafe to decant some of the water. To my surprise, the handle broke off. Thank goodness I was over the sink. Very disappointed in this purchase. Normally I might ask for a replacement, but as they say you only get one chance to make a first impression...

Pretty enough to put on a table! I ordered one blue one for myself and a green one for a friend. Appears to be well constructed and it's easy to use. I started with watermelon and then tried pears and then limes with fresh cilantro. Even our toddlers can drink it because it's fresh foods and filtered water. Love that I can get extra electrolytes when I'm working out in the heat without consuming corn syrup or artificial sweeteners. I didn't get the email with the book but there are many recipes online.
