Do not make the same mistake some did and peel the plastic off and it will be crystal clear. But the only reason I knew was because of reading the reviews.

Shall correct my 1st review; when you receive it will look like white plastic with scratches but it is a protective film that is stuck to the surface so tightly you need a sharp object to pry it up. Under this white film, the product will be transparent. the lack of info on the product

Many uses for this product apart from using in a picture frame. I used 1 piece to protect a part of my shower room wall which comes into contact with the light switch cord which bangs against the wall and chips off the paint. It looks very professional and I’m extremely happy.

This material is great for laser cutting. It is exactly the size stated (5 X 7 X 0.08 inch), with nice smooth edges, which have obviously been laser-cut at source.The sheets are well packed an have a removable protective film on both sides, which is easily removed when requited.PLEASE NOTE : These appear to be extruded acrylic (not cast) but did not "warp" or "melt" when I laser cut them.There were no marks on the de-filmed sheets AT ALL, so well done you!I cut several shapes out of the sheets and all cut as expected and perfectly comparable with other acrylic sheets I have used over time.I recommend this item for anyone who is looking for a high quality but reasonably priced product.

I bought these to make a theft deterrent for my blue-badge. They were sturdy enough to do the job. They come with a backing on both sides so they are opaque until you peel off the backing - don't panic it's clear and scratch-free underneath.
