While the phytoceramides in this bottle are too low a dose to make a major difference in skin hydration, the Biotin has made a major difference in splitting nails and dry hair; and the product has definitely given me relief from my driest skin. It's only been about a month so far; so hydration may continue--it's definitely worth a try!

Hair is growing like weeds...the glowy skin was an unexpected bonus
Ive been taking biotin for a while now and to be honest it makes my hair grow faster than any other supplement out there, including the expensive ones. You do not need to spend a lot on it. Any brand will do, but it's the mcg that counts. 10,000 is the gold standard. These are 5000. You can easily take 2 in order to get the 10k. A lot of you out there probably will not need that much though, so 5k is plenty for the average customer.I have not had any negative side effects from taking biotin. Taking it on an empty stomach first thing in the morning has never made me sick the way taking other vitamins makes me nauseous, so that's great. I just take it with my morning coffee. My hair MUCH faster now. My nails are also growing like weeds. They are stronger and white at the tips.I intially assumed this was just a hair growth supplement but Opus (the brand) definitely put some thought into this formula. There are added vitamins and nutrients. Vitamin c and e are especially important for my skin. Both aid in collagen production and wound healing. The result is younger looking skin. The ceramides are also good for anti aging because as the human body grows older it doesn't produce as much ceramide in skin so skin starts to lose its elasticity. Adding it back in helps a lot.

I have to believe in this stuff. The ingredients far exceeded my plain ol biotin vitamin. I hope my hair and complexion look better after a week or so of taking this vitamin. I'll have to update my review, but so far I feel great taking it!!
