Q: I'm 5"11 and weigh 187 what size should I get?

Q: Where can i get replacement screws?

Are you referring to the pair of screws which are used to secure the rib protector to your shoulder pads? If so, I recommend you bring the back plate into a hardware store and try a few different sizes until the correct screw is found. I apologize if this is not the specific answer you are looking for. I wish we could be of more help. Additionally, are you looking for the screws only or the backing as well? Thank you for submitting a question!

Unless you are wearing shoulder pads you will have no place to anchor these. I do not see them working for jiu-jitsu.
