I wear a womens size 7, generally kids size 5. I got these in the size 5/6 and they fit pretty well - just a teeny long, but not too long. They are really comfy to wear all day long, but after two days my feet got a little sore from having no arch support. I also work a desk job, so if you were walking a lot they probably wouldn't be comfortable for all day. Super cute though, i love them.

Great! I bought these for myself (woman). I wear a size 8 1/2 sandal in women's shoes and they fit me perfect! Love them!Note, when I purchased them they said size 6. When I got them it said 6/7. The kids sizes are cheaper than the adults, so I figured I would give it a shot, and it worked. So if you have smaller feet and an adult, give the kids sizes a try! I am so happy I did!

I wear a 7.5 in women's. I bought the size 6 in these (size 6/7 on shoe), which is slightly too big for my foot. Not enough for me to send back, If i bought kids sizing again, I may try the smaller 4/5 and see if it's manageable.

I ordered a big kids size 5/6. I usually wear a womens size 7.5 and these fit perfectly!
