Night Optics USA K2 Pro Extended Long Range IR Illuminator.

I tested the illuminator and it seems to work well with my 6x Gen 2+ scope out to 100 yrds. I have not had the opportunity to try it pass 100 yrds yet. With my 3x Gen 1 scope however, I'd to say the result is not as significant. I could still see quite a bit further with this light since it's able to focus the beam to a much smaller dot. I can see this light pay for itself in just a few evening hog hunts... I'm giving it 4 stars because you had to spend another $40 to make use of the adjustable base on picatinny rail. I took my off and mount it on my AR with a scope ring. One important thing is that the battery does go in "backward"... yeah I couldn't believe it either until I tried it!

Right out of the box the light did not work. Tried new batteries and still did not work. So I returned the light and demanded a refund witch i have never received. I will never buy from here again.

Best IR illuminator ive found yet in my price range. Much better than the atn 450 mw illuminator, but cost twice as much. It provides excellent light out to 300 yds with my ATN ps-22, you can identify objects further than that.

Does not project much further than a video camera's IR projector would. Save your pennies and get what you'd really want.
