I’ve been using L-Lysine for about two years now, and I’m happy to give it five stars. I originally started taking it for acne, but over time I noticed it really helped with my gut issues, especially constipation.I take just one capsule every morning after breakfast. Very good lysine. A bit pricey. Vimergy has gotten a bit too pricey lately. Makes me not want to go buy it anymore. This was my go to lysine but will not be buying it now
