I was skeptical about buying these but I figured I’d give them a try. Helps relieve the pressure on the ball of your foot when wearing heels, stays secure in place, super comfortable. Highly recommend. Will definitely buy again.

Too hard for my personal comfort

These cushions are great! I wear high heels to the office every day and use my desk in a standing position nearly all day long. Up until I bought these, I was using gel inserts for high heels, but they didn't help the ball of my foot and by the time I got home, my feet really hurt -- and I had thick calluses on the balls of my feet. I got the calluses down during a pedicure and started using these cushions instead of the gel inserts. My feet do not hurt -- it seems that the cushions distribute my weight somehow. I will be buying more.

These are so good if you get pain in the ball of your foot. I get pain just from the slightest heel, even in "comfort" heels. I added these, and no pain! I have been able to dance in them for classes for an hour with no issue. The only negative I could say, is that the glue/sticky substance on the bottom varies from each piece and my one pair of heels I have to stick them down every time I wear them as they keep popping off (they were clean, too, when I put them on). They also add a bit under the ball of your foot, so if your shoes are tight, it will be even tighter with these in your shoes.

Bought a pair of darling sandals, but the soles were so thin that they were not great for walking any great distances. These are PERFECT! Gives me enough cushioning and support and after a day of walking, my feet are feeling fine. Now, I really LOVE my shoes!!! They are not thick and uncomfortable at all. Just the right amount of cushioning and support to help your feet survive the day. Highly recommend if you have these same issues, as I did. Like that you got three pairs at a very reasonable cost.
