The bristles on the wand are long. Long enough to cover all sides of the lash. This is probably the most effective mascara I have ever used and I have been using mascara nearly every day since I was 14. I am now 77.

My Favorite Mascara
My go-to mascara. I've tried many different brands, and this gives me the best volume and length without clumps. I like the hourglass shaped brush, it reaches all the little lashes. I haven't had any problems with it running, yet it comes off easily with soap and water or cleanser. Great mascara for the price.
