Cacao Sampaka Milk Chocolate Gin and Tonic

This is the best chocolate I have ever tasted in all my international travels. Don’t have it shipped in the summer though, or it will melt.

People talk about the front, middle, and end notes of wine, beer, upscale liquor, even some teas and coffees. THIS is the first time I can say I actually experienced that with chocolate. At first all you can taste is the bitter-sweet of the dark chocolate, then suddenly you get slight taste of juniper followed by a slightly tart citrus. It was amazing. It will take all my willpower to just take a small bite each day instead of mega-indulging all at once!
