Fast delivery...however the bags that the roof came in were ripped to shreds. Also we short one roof mat..wish they would have looked at the order and told us to get one more. Otherwise amazing succa! Great job succaspot!! We had an amazing holiday with lots of friends

I bought this to be a roof for our sukkah, but it was way too heavy to hoist it up 7 feet. We used it instead as a rug, which was quite nice, but not our original purpose

Purchased this for my sukkah this year. Arrived in one day and looks great! I've always used palm leaves and branches in the past, but this is much cleaner and easier to manage. The 8x12' size fits my sukkah perfectly. Needs a few supports across the roof before laying this on top. It was too large and heavy for me to install alone, so a friend helped. We just placed it at one end and unrolled it over the supports, then used the raffia ties to secure it. Looking forward to rolling it back up after the holiday, storing it in the storage bag that it came in, and having it ready for next year.

For some this will be obvious but it is critical to understand that this is not self supporting. You will need beams or bars to hold it up as the roof of the sukkah. It is also import to note that this is exactly the size of the sukkah of the same dimensions (no overhang to speak of) so you won't get that support from the frame of the sukkah. I ended up laying the mat over over boards. One annoyance for me was that the boards from the hardware store were only available at 8' long, which meant they were just a bit too short to work with my 8' x 10' sukkah. I made them just a bit longer with L-brackets attached to each end (pictured), on the end.

I had forgotten to order till late, they got the order out quick. The mats look amazing much better than the old style. Great craftsmanship very sturdy and I loved the storage bags!

The weaving came out immediately upob opening or perhaps wasn't right to begin with. I was able to use for this year, but waiting for raffia to come in so i can repair to make it last. It is definitely not as wide as stated, so didn't cover my whole 8x12 sukkah.
