So, I initially bought the DAYBETTER 20m LED light strip and encountered an issue with the soldering, the first set I received was defective. Naturally, I issued a refund and decided to give them another try, because the product seemed promising, and I was really keen on seeing what the lights had to offer.The second set was a game-changer. The colours are super vibrant, and the dynamic light patterns? Absolutely next level. These lights are a huge step up compared to other LED strips I’ve tried. The way the colours fade and transition is smooth, and the fact that they’re individually controlled means you can create some seriously cool effects. It actually reminds me of a cyberpunk version of the old snake game on your phone, like a little retro light show on steroids.Now, here's where things get interesting. When I reached out to the company to let them know about the initial defective set, I was pleasantly surprised by how genuinely apologetic and accommodating they were. They sent me a second set entirely free and covered the postage, on top of the replacement I had already ordered. They even included a thank-you card in the box, which was a nice personal touch. This company really stands behind their products and cares about customer satisfaction, and that’s something you don’t see every day.As for the rest of the features, the installation was a breeze, and the connectivity was seamless. The versatility of the lights is great, you can use them for a variety of setups, and they fit perfectly into any space. The quality is top-notch, and if you’ve been wasting your time on cheaper lights that conk out after a few weeks, trust me, this is the brand to go for.In conclusion, the initial hiccup aside, I’m really happy with the final product and the exceptional customer service. Really good—essentially what you'd expect any LED lights to be.Do note, however, that the two rolls of LED lights must be connected into the same plug—I initially thought there would be two separate plugs so they could be plugged in at different places, but this is not the case.Really easy to install, adheres to the wall well, brightens up my entire room when dark and looks really nice. Do be aware that once applied to the wall, it may peel off the paint due to its stickiness, so if taking them down, have some paint spare to cover up the patches that come off with the light strips.Definitely recommend, especially for the price.

My son requested LED lights towards his Christmas present list and being autistic, I knew he'd love the sensory element they'd create. Anyway, managed to put them up about 5 days ago and they worked fine. We use Alexa to turn them on and off etc and yet one side/row of the lights (they come in 2 rows) no longer works now . Only option on here is to return or get product support that leads you to another site etc. Obviously returning them will be a nuisance, as no longer have original packaging and have to take it all down again. Seller emailed and given the order number, as requested, a number of times, yet they reply asking for order number so they can continue with support. It's Like they're stalling or hoping buyer gives up. Now I see this isnt a new issue, after reading more reviews, seems to be a reoccurring issue and seller not helping.Edited to add: I've been emailing company back and forth since beginning of January, yet they're still asking for information that they've already been given. Then over a week ago, after receiveing photos of defective product, they said they'll refund me if I'm happy with that. Of course, I agreed, but now further emails from them stating they can't find my order on their system with order number provided. Want screenshot of order details etc.... All sent.... And still nothing. Nearly end of February now and not any further into resolving this issues than I was at the start. So frustrating 😤

Very good kit, and not bad for the price (paid £19).However, I do feel it's quite misleading that the photos for the product show multiple colours for different strips. I had the idea that you can control the different extensions to show different colours. But, it's not the case - each unit can only display one solid colour at a time!The advertised photos show what your room can look like if you bought and set up multiples of this unit!I do love it and so does my daughter... makes watching Peppa Pig a bit more magical :DThis post is not endorsed by Peppa Pig :D

The media could not be loaded. These lights are beautiful. They work with music and the app is pretty neat for controlling lights. They work when the music is playing but you have to go to the app and select that feature. They are very bright and work as described.I have a great room and I love led lights. That's why I wanted to use these lights to decorate every corner of my room with lights. I will buy another one of these led lights as they are better than my old lights. Because my old lights are less bright and not bright enough.The adhesive on the back of the LEDs is of very good quality, they never fall off once pasted. I also tested this. I removed the leds that I stuck to and re-glued them, they are still intact and do not fall off. Sticky is important, because in the future they will constantly fall and annoy me. That's why I liked it.

bought these lights a little over a year ago now and they are still going strong, there still bright and each light is still working on this100Ft strip , i wantedThe longer ones to create the cloud effect on the ceiling, this light strip doesn't emit any heat. If your looking for something thats going to last on the cheeper side i would recommend these
