What I was looking for in a latex free band. Arrived with flaws in material, so afraid to put much strain on one section of the band for fear it will snap. Otherwise great.

Too slippery for practical pilates. Slips off the foot in many poses requiring whole body movements where the band is anchored by the foot. Wasted my money. If you're just getting it to grip and pull on... May work for you.Updated Review as of 10/27/2015:Alright so an update is in order for the Super Exercise Band LIGHT (7ft.). First I'd like to say that I have purchased close to half a dozen different bands within the last year and a half and not all off of amazon. When I initially purchased this particular band I was in the market for something extra long; Width, LENGTH, durability and texture was always lacking in some way shape or form from ALL the bands I have ever purchased. If it wasn't one thing falling short it was another (literally). So when I bought this I thought I had come upon the brand that finally figured out that these suckers should be much longer. So I open it up like a kid on Christmas morn, attempt my first work out only to have the band fail to anchor due to the slipperiness of the texture and nearly slap me right on the eyeballs when stretching on the floor. It was that experience repeating itself in various incarnations that led to my first review.*****HOWEVERRRRR.... since then, a few things have happened that compel me to write the updated truth of my experience both with the company and the brand. After posting the review and having the band for a week or so I suddenly received a strange envelope in the mail. Inside was a HAND WRITTEN (gotta love that) note from S.E.B.s Customer Service Mgr. To sum it up, it read that she had been trying to reach me via amazon after reading my review and (very politely) requested me to try the new material enclosed. Now I had my doubts and I vowed I wasn't going to be "bought" with a freebie for the sake of all frustrated shoppers like myself out there whose eyeballs and other various body parts are in potential danger of being band slapped. For the following week I put it to the test.... and I mean I punished the thing. I pushed myself and the band until sweat dripped and core ached. The following are excerpts from my response to S.E.B regarding the NEW product: "Thank you for your excellent customer service it was certainly unexpected and it will be noted in a re-review. I apologize for the delay in responding, I have spent the last week really putting the new material to the test. Firstly, the new material is far superior to the original. It definitely anchors when necessary while the other material had no tackiness or hold whatsoever.""I have to say the extra length is a God-send and was the selling point on my initial purchase. The new formula is EXCELLENT..." "...this formula does start to slip a little (when REALLY sweaty), but not too bad... I don't know how to put this in industry jargon, suffice to say that if the new formula had a "drier" feel without being slippery, retaining it's tackiness, able to absorb some of excess moisture without deteriorating, you would have the most ideal band I've ever experienced.""One other thing, in certain poses a band is wrapped around the waist or thighs in bridged positions... this band did start to roll up and out of place. This issue was corrected in a wider band I purchased from a different seller but the band itself was too short to be of any practical use in Pilates... which is what led me to seek an extra long band. If these few qualms could somehow be dealt with I'd say you guys would have created the best work out band currently on the market in this price range and even possibly higher ranges." ~And there you have it. This band, in my experience, is genuinely the closest anyone has gotten to getting it just right. I am still in contact with S.E.B.'s customer service mgr. regarding possibly widening the band another inch. (the current band is approx. 5 inches wide) to deal with the slight rolling issue. Otherwise, I'm here to tell you that you'd be safe ordering this product and that if you're seriously considering it you can do so confidently. I assure that you will be rewarded with not just excellent performance from the band itself but exquisite customer service and care by S.E.B. should you require any help at all. Cheers<3

While using this product for the first time, it snapped in half. I had a purple band which was too hard, so bought blue thinking it would be perfect. My friend has blue from the same company and hers feels thicker. So I am thinking they are using cheaper raw materials or something now. Big waste of money.Update. The company reached out to me and offered me a refund for the product. So I am updating my review. Although the product was not what I expected, the company, in general, is awesome for following through with customer service etc. I would buy from them again.

I have not had the best luck with exercise bands. I have been assigned to do 'walk outs' using an exercise band by my doc for core strengthening. So - i put the band on my door knob and after a month or so the door knob came flying and smacked me at a very high velocity. So - i put the band on the other side of the door and brought it to the inside across the door jam where I would do the exercises. after a week or so this brought the band to the point where it broke in half where the door jam as - and smacked me hard. tied it back together and tried again. same result. SO - i bought this heavy duty band thinking it would be thicker and not break in the door jam. It did - several times. Since this has a lifetime warranty I contacted customer service and explained what happened and what i was trying to do. They said that it appears i am bringing the band across where the metal jam parts are and it is cutting the band in two. It is basically too sharp. They said they will absolutely provide me with a new band -- and they suggested I use the Door Anchor to hold the bands and passing the door anchor strap through the door to the other side and shut the door. then add the bands to the door anchor. And they sent me one! Very sweet. This is working great! i put all the bands i use now through the door anchor. http://www.amazon.com/dp/B01BCR2PCK is what i use now to connect my bands. I have included photos of the set up. If you are passing bands to the other side of the door to do exercises - highly suggest getting the door anchor too. I sent them a follow up mail saying that i needed more variety of exercises and they said check out their web site for exercise suggestions. SuperExerciseBand.com i am a fan - and no more getting smacked so far.

my wife uses it as an exercise band in her routine workout, but found the smell of it rather obnoxious

For £15 you get ONE band and a door handle. Would not recommend at all, do not buy unless you want to be ripped off.

Resistente y muy ideal para estos días de confinamiento.

Took 2 months to arrive and is garbage. Was supposed to be 7” long, come with a door anchor, carry pouch, and carabiner. All I got was a 4” strip of thin, flimsy rubber for over $20. Total rip off. Shop elsewhere.

Calidad horrible, se me ha roto y no le he dado un uso intensivo en absoluto. He manejado cintas de otras marcas y nunca me ha pasado esto . No la compréis.
