Jeepers Creepers 1 & 2

1st movie gets 5 stars, 2nd movie gets 3.Worth it still.

Both good movies arrived fast and played without issue.

Jeepers Creepers a awesome horror series. Includes part 1&2 in a two disc set. I remember seeing both of these movies in the theater years ago. It's great to have both in my dvd collection. If you are a horror fan and have never seen them you will not be disappointed.

About #1: this story of two homeward bound college students who run afoul of a mansized cannibalistic gargoyle is eerie, scary, and simply a very good horror film. From the moment the two bickering siblings meet up with the armor-truck like vehicle on the deserted road past the point where the brother teases his sister about falling for the investigating officer while that same officer is being killed in the car behind them to the shock of a finish, it's all point a horror film should be.This was the first movie in which I'd seen Justin Long, and his wide shock-struck eyes, shown so many times in close-up, become the perfect motif throughout the film. Gina Phelps is great as the stubborn Trisha and her running down of the wings creature is both shocking and satisfying in its own gory way.This is a good "horror" movie because it keeps the theme intact but ignores enough of the rules to make it different.About #2: This one has its moments. To my way of thinking, the best parts of the story and the best performances are of Ray Wise as the farmer bent on revenge, and getting the last word at the end of the film.The middle of the movie is formulaic...picking off the adults to isolate the kids...the desperate dash for escape... Then the farmer shows up and the story picks up again.Upon first viewing this film, I thought it not up to the standards of the first...a second and third viewing...years apart, made me see more than I did on that first view. I liked it better third time around...and there was an opening left for a sequel...if ever.These movies were originally viewed in a theater and then via the DVDs purchased from amazon. No remuneration was involved in the writing of this review.

Great to get two movies for the price of one. Slow shipping. Delivery botched - driver didn't follow delivery instructions... again! I definitely liked movie #1 better than #2. The sequel had too many inconsistencies and outright editing mistakes to make the script believable. Acting in the sequel was one step above mediocre.

Jeepers Creepers 1 & 2 on Blu-Ray but as I keep finding there seems to be a deluge of films in the UK that are not available on BD, even though the movie is available on Blu-Ray in France, Germany and America. I ordered this movie to see if it would work. Both Jeepers Creepers 1 & 2 Region A worked perfectly on my Region B Blu-Ray player.

Fairly enjoyed these movies great to watch if you like horror movies then these are for you

Quite simply two of the best movies in my collection. I believe a third (and final) part is in planning / pre production and I seriously cannot wait to see it.

THIS DVD IS IN GREAT CONDITION,HAS GOOD PICTURE AND SOUND. I DO SAY THIS DVD IS A MUST IN ANY DVD COLLECTION.
