Roxbury Park Baratto Duvet Set King with Tripple Navy Embroidered Stripes

I've been searching high and low for the perfect white and navy striped duvet to compliment my nautical chic guest bedroom. Several items I was originally interested in were out of stock and this one came back in stock so I jumped at the chance to purchase it in the size I needed. Im not thrilled about the quality or the fit of this item. It certainly does not look like a $170+ duvet cover, more really a $40 or $50 duvet cover. There is not enough material to frame the sides of your mattress nicely as it shows in the picture and I ordered the queen set for my full bed thinking it'd be more than large enough. Will likely return item and keep searching!

My purchase of the Roxbury Park Baratto Duvet set was the first item I've ordered from Amazon that was not satisfactory. It took months to receive the product after the order was placed. After it's second washing - it's snagged and the navy detail stitching is pulling and coming apart. I would not recommend this product. Sadly it was rather expensive to be of such poor quality.

I don't normally write reviews but have to say that this item isn't worth the cost nor is it as pictured. You would assume that the piping is a rectangle and symmetric from the picture. It isn't. On the side of the bed not shown the piping runs to the side of the bed. Looks goofy. Would not recommend.

It's much too small - if my mattress were about 3 inches thick, it might reach the bottom edge. In the photo, the piping is at the edge of the mattress. In reality, the piping runs about 15 inches inside the top edge of the mattress. The current fit just barely reaches over the top edge of the mattress - it sort of pokes out into the air, since there isn't enough material left to lay over the edge, and cover the mattress. I'm desperate and already put it on the bed, so I'm keeping it, but I feel VERY ripped off and do NOT advise purchasing. This should have been a 30 dollar duvet cover. I paid 150.00. It's not nearly as pretty as the photo. If you decide to order anyway, get a larger size than you need if possible.
