Cornish Heritage Farms is proud to bring you the Thomas Kinkade Series of rubber stamps. Many great designs are available. Please note that the Thomas Kinkade line of stamps is VERY detailed. To obtain a quality stamped image we do recommend that you use the Versafine Ink. These inkpads are available in a variety of colors here on the store. You also need a high quality cardstock that does not bleed. Thomas Kinkade images, as you can see from the samples beside each stamp, can be stamped monochromatic (one color) or colored to replicate his painting. Our recommendation to you is to LOOK at the general hue of the painting & take the main color from that. For example, if you wish to recreate Silent Night you will see that it is mainly blue so stamp it with Versafine Makestic Blue or Deep Lagoon & half the coloring job will be done for you :) Of course if you want an "old" look Vintage Sepia does the trick everytime. When you ink up the rubber, take the ink pad to the rubber & dab it all over to get a really good, even coverage. Then stamp & voila! A beautiful image will appear :) The stamps are manufactured right here on the farm using: * High quality hard MAPLE wooden blocks * Thick rubber deeply etched & closely trimmed * 1/8" gray foam mounting cushion * Wood mount is labeled with the image, name and number. IMPORTANT NOTICE Please be aware that the image on the front of the stamp is NOT the same as the rubber stamp image. The label on the stamp is an exact replica of the Thomas Kinkade painting. In order to supply you, the stamper, with a clear stamped image we had to compromise with some of the detail, thus allowing you to recreate and color it in your own way. This is a painstaking but worthwhile process. For example, in each image we have "cleaned out" all the windows and door panes so that that stamped area is crisp and well defined. Paths, flowers, and skies have also been cleaned out.
