The product does come ready to assemble. The color is in the packets as granuels and you have to add it to the water you pour from you sink. I used it with my grade 2 class and it was a success.... until we washed the shirts 48 hours later. The reds completely dissapeared and the other colors faded. The patterns each of my students chose to do were not visible after the hand wash in cold water. It was very disapointing.

Dye wasn’t very vibrant, even when I added extra pigment I let it sit in the bag for 24 hours , I’m satisfied with the gloves, rubber bands, bags and tablecloths, but I wouldn’t buy this again, you waste to much money redoing the dying process, the picture is suppose to have purple, blue, green and pink dye, pink isn’t to bad but the rest are dull

I did 2 and a half scoops for these.. colors come out nice :)... unfortunately I didn't get any grey coloring it was missing and the company isn't replacing it and I haven't recieved a payment for the missing color.....I still gave 4 stars because this is still the best tie dye I've ever done.. even though it's been a little bit of a disappointment and hassle I would buy it again...

Was impressed at how much u can do with the product. Lots of dye left to do another 2 sessions for tye dyeing .... very well with it. Now to rinse product today and see how color took to items

This kit was missing all of the rubber bands, spoons and funnels and only came with 3 pairs of gloves instead of 20. The packing box was taped shut so I don't think they fell out somewhere. Not worth the money if I have to go out and get supplies that said they were included. Returning immediately!
