First off, please ignore the knucklehead who said these are not for right hand shooters! I am a right handed shooter & they work perfectly for me.They both have an "L" on them because that is the SIZE, not the orientation! The fact that she couldn't figure that out is beyond embarrassing & her negative review should be deleted immediately.If you see her comment, please report it because it's false information & is preventing people from buying who could really benefit from this device! Each of the two devices included will work for EITHER hand. Just flip it around depending on which hand you are. I'm honestly surprised someone who was unable to figure that out even knows how to leave a review online.Now, back to me...I am a knockdown deep ball shooter. Had several offers to play overseas in my prime. Over the years, I have trained with MANY different tools & techniques. Have worked out with NBA coaches & was trained to have an "eye for the basketball" by my father who was an excellent shooter in his own right.The first time I put this device on & started to shoot with it, I was in shock at how it forced me to focus, be even more mindful of my follow through & kept my palm off the ball, thus ensuring the finger tips controll everything. I practiced with it on for 2 hours & after getting used to it, I felt like I had to TRY to miss a shot, from anywhere on the court & I was shooting 30 foot bombs.At the end of that first session, I was both grateful to have found this, but also kinda sad. I'm 39 years old now. Well past my prime. I was sad that I hadn't found this when I was in my teens because if I had, with my natural talents & the added benefits this device brings to the table, I'm confident I could've become one of the BEST shooters in the world.Don't think. Just buy it! You will not regret it, unless you just simply don't love the game & getting better.

Ordered for my daughter. Fit fine but both aids are labelled for the Left hand. The right hand shooter is misleading....turning around the device to use the holes for the right hand is not as comfortable. Think it should be part of the order to specify which hand.

This item works but I wish they had a smaller size because my daughter has small hands.

My nephew was complaining about his jump shot and I wanted to see if this would help him improve the shot. Gave this to him, he used it for about a week and his shot gradually improved.

If you have man size hands, these are great. Used as a training aid for kids or teens, is a waste of money.
