Good part and relatively straightforward job
refused to pay over $100 for OEM part from sears. Read reviews and I'm relatively handy. The part came fast and as ordered. It di come with signature required and fortunately I was leaving the house late for work and was there to sign for it. As others stated it has two tabs with screw holes for attachment in different ways and the tricky part is not to damage the ceramic piece that is attached to metal frame when bending the one you not going to use flat or hacking it off as a couple have said. The ceramic connection to the metal frame is not great but its ceramic vs metal and can become dislodged if you are not careful. I decided to bend mine. The fit is snug where the ignitor frame sits between oven floor plates. It worked fine just be careful. The wiring was simple with two ceramic wire nuts. Spoke to a local parts store and said the connections need to be solid or you wont get the power to heat to proper temp to have it work efficiently. Just take care and really wrap the wires around each other and use flat plyers to do the final twist of the two connecting wires. I choose to pull the old ignitor out the back and wire it there then feed new one in back hole to have better access but took a small amount of manipulation to get back into oven from back. you can do it in the oven just as easy I guess with a little reaching.I i turned oven on with out replacing the floor plates and heat diffuser plate just to make sure it worked before I put oven back together. Use this video as a guide but my oven was slightly different and newer but it gives you the idea. It worked perfect. saved $60 after shipping 2nd day over the OEM part and probably $200+ to have a technician come do it. Good Luckhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BWrqsbWP2jo

Works great, saved me money
The install of the part was easy. Hardest task was getting the oven door back on because one of the hinge locks came undone. I watched a video instructing to remove it for the install, I would just leave it on unless you feel it’s absolutley necessary to remove. Because FYI, trying to pull that hinge and get the lock to stick cost me 7 stitches to my left thumb. Anyways, oven is back to normal.
