I wasted over 4k with this purchase (including additional shipping costs). I charged the system and then left it in my house for a while since we didn't have any power break downs. When we finally had one, the system was empty. I assumed it was my fault since I had the power switch on. I charged it with the wall charger and put it back in it's place. A month later we had another power break down and again the thing was empty. I then wanted to charge it again with the wall charger, but this wall charger now didn't work. I then wanted to charge it in the sun and had it outside days on end, but it wouldn't go past 20.6 (?), and the low voltage light kept on flashing.I had this solar panel forwarded to a freight forwarding service, cause we live in Panama. Now this thing is HEAVY and it will cost me a fortune to ship it back and where do I get a box from? I don't even know if I have to have the system switched on or of while charging.There is NO instructions, no warrenty, no nothing. Please DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT!!!!

Their customer service is outstanding and they are very attentive to the needs of their clients. Knowing that they have your back after you purchase the product is very comforting.

This is a very good product. It charges fast and can run an 80 inch TV and DVD player or game system for about 5 hours on a full charge. Haven't tied it with the unit actively charging (open in the sun) but will update with that info. There is a tiny hum when powering my big screen that was not present on our other AV devices and it was unusable for my guitar amp because the hum was quite loud. This unit is super convenient but it is VERY HEAVY and not easy to handle. The addition of wheels and a pull out handle (think rolling suitcase) would be great improvements. My only real complaint is the tiny display. It is not easy to tell how much battery charge you have left and there is no readout of charging rate. Still overall, it does what it's supposed to do, provide emergency or portable power without noise or fuel. I can't say it's a preppers "must have" but it sure is a "really nice to have" and if you can afford it, you should.

So far, I'm really disappointed and probably returning this thing. It came in a beat up box that looked like it had been opened a thousand times. It didn't have ANY instructions, warnings, or warranty in the box. So basically, it's the unit and a plug.I watched a YouTube that said it charges by the sun or the plug and I've tried both but when I power it on, it says "low voltage" and reads 21.2 and won't move from there. But it looks like the battery symbol is full.Considering I have no understanding of solar except from some YouTube videos, some kind of instruction would have been nice. For the price of this unit, it should come with full instructions, - registration, customer service numbers, tech support, and an educational DVD.

Very portable, self sustained, great quality and very practical not to mention sleek and elegant. silent so you don't have to loose sleep over it or bother your neighbors.

I just bought this product and tried to register the warranty on the company website, which no longer exists and then I tried to call the company phone number, which is not connected to anything.I am concerned about support for this product if there are any issues

Took a while for delivery but worth it. Ultra cool design, unlike others with separate solar panels , this unit is so easy and convenient, it's worth the money.
