Great distraction/calm down tot
We bought this as a calm down, breathing tool. It’s both fun and a great tool for helping calm emotions.

Wonderful visual aid!
I got this after watching a webinar that dealt with relaxing by breathing deeply in alignment with the expanding and contacting of this ball, and it works great!I set the ball where it is in view, and that is constant reminder to inhale and exhale deeply, I also pick it up and do the same. Plus I like that it is so colorful. Brings the "child" out of me. :)

Nice, but not super durable
We got this to help my 6 year old daughter with breathing exercises. She likes it a lot but it’s definitely not that durable and we quickly had to fix some connections that came apart. Not great for younger kids to use as a toy but good if you’re going to be gentle and store it carefully

Cheaply made
Not very sturdy and comes apart with first use

Good for Autistic Children.
I bought this because someone had said it was good for autistic children. My 4 year old autistic granddaughter loves it, and is happy to play with it for long periods of time. Good choice.
