Back Stretcher
I have a lot of issues with my back. One of my favorite things I used to enjoy at the chiropractor was traction. Stretching of my lower back. I can no longer go to the chiropractor, so I have been looking for other ways to stretch more than just laying down. I tried the roller tube things. But, I didn't like them so much.This back stretcher does a pretty good job. At first I thought it was a bit high for me, but it feels better the more I use it. It's very lightweight, portable, and it lays flat being a half circle. I can inch my way down it stretching as I move. The little nubbies get right into the knots of your muscles, but doesn't hurt. It takes some getting used to, but if you have back problems, especially with degenerative disks, you know that stretching feels good. Goooood. Stretching gets that fluid back into where it helps, the cushioning of your bones. This simple piece of dense foam has really made my back feel better.I was provided this free/discounted product for test and review purposes.
